Here are some of our favorite gifts for you, your mom, or any special women in your life like sisters, aunts, cousins, and best friends, all priced at under $100.
Luggage
Gifting a traveler? Now is a great time to update her luggage. Hundreds of rolling luggage bags have been discounted under $100, like the High Sierra Elevate 22″ Carry on Wheeled Upright, which is currently priced at $77.76, down from $240. (Personally, I have a High Sierra Wheeled Duffle similar to this one, which is priced at $106, which I love and works so well for a long weekend or a few days away for business.) If she already has a rolling suitcase, consider travel accessories like 3-piece packing cubes set for $29.99 (down from $40) or a toiletry kit.
Wallet
We use wallets nearly every day, but who can say she has a wallet she truly loves? One that works for her and she even gets compliments on? Well, I can! This Petunia Picklebottom Wanderlust Wallet is available in a variety of colors) is similar with a zippered space for coins and separate envelope slots for cash and cards. It also has an easy closure which is key to a wallet that will hold up. And it opens flat so that it’s easy to get to everything. Look for one that’s in a color that compliments her bags and her style.
Something for her collection
Women don’t just want things they can use around the home or in a practical way – sometimes, they’ll want something fun and frivolous. That’s why it can be a great idea to think about what your mom, grandma, sister, or female friend loves in life and get them something that connects with that. If you’re having trouble deciding, think about anything they like collecting because any addition to their collection will always be appreciated. Perhaps they like Funko Pops, and if so, you can check out Funko Pop Price Guide to find something within your budget. Or maybe it’s vinyl records, or perhaps they love anything to do with cats or cars. Whatever it is, gifting them something for their collection is a wonderful idea.
3 New Travel Mugs
I love my coffee, as do many moms, and I enjoy taking my coffee with me on cold mornings. But I don’t enjoy carrying boring old mugs without personality. I also don’t enjoy having just one mug that has to be washed every day (plus, it’s not fun to be missing variety in my mornings.) Rather than gifting just one, look for a few fun mugs to suit her personality. Here are some of my favorites: Top row, left to right: owl, chalkboard, rainbow. Bottom row left to right: Lilly Pulitzer, Dr. Seuss, Vera Bradley, John Green’s The Fault in Our Stars.
Athletic clothing & gear
If she makes a point of exercising regularly, then encourage her more with some new fitness gear or clothing. Get an idea of her favorite exercise (running, yoga, dance class, etc.)–most athletic stores and brands now have gear and clothing best suited to each type of exercise. A new top or pants or even socks suited for her needs are all great gifts. Don’t forget Yoga mats, pedometers, and earbuds if that’s what she needs. Places to shop include Athleta, Lucy, Nordstrom Activewear Department, and UnderArmour.
Ideas include a tank, jacket, pants, and accessories like a headband (not featured.) All are under $100 each.
Memory Foam Pillow
Could she use a little help in the shut-eye department? Look for a gift that will indulge her restfulness, like a new Sleep Innovations Contour Memory Foam Pillow, Standard Size created for her sleeping style. Other great sleeping gifts include new pajamas and fluffy socks.
