Menu Plan Monday

Not sure how many meals we'll be around home for this week, so I'm preparing for an average week of 4 cooked meals, with leftovers in between. In a White Elephant Exchange last week, I "won" (do you win? or do you receive?) a George Foreman Grill. So, I'm planning to grill several times this week. How exciting! Grilled burgers in the snow! Menu Plan Monday + a Menu Planning Tip

So. I've kind of realized (and this was a while ago) that its better to over plan, than under. And I also realized that even though the kids are 7, 5 and 1, it doesn't make sense to make a full meal that feeds four, if the Huz isn't going to be home for dinner. So, its important that when I meal plan, I put fish on the menu for Monday or Tuesday. Since fish really only lasts a few days in the fridge, I like to make sure I'm going to eat it during the week.
