
I work out at least 4 times a week. I've set goals to feel "good sore" in the morning. But, as all moms women know, finding time to fit in a good workout isn't always easy. We have work, laundry, grocery shopping, meals, carpools... life, sleep. There are too many days where, come 8:30 pm when everyone is settled down that we finally breathe and wonder "where did the day go?" And then, often, I remind myself "I didn't get to the gym today."
