March meal plan. One month of family dinners, planned. A monthly menu of healthy dinners for the family.

If you’re new to meal planning, then check out my how to meal plan post which will give you the basic instructions on how to organize your week and get started. Of course, here at Julieverse, I make it easy for you. Each week, I repost the monthly plans, highlighting 5-7 well-rounded, family-friendly meals for you to fit into your plan. Once you get into the habit of planning, you’ll find yourself less stressed, spending less money and having to go to the store only once a week.

Week 1

Monday: New England Clam Chowder
Tuesday: Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes
Wednesday: Mexican Chicken Casserole
Thursday: leftovers
Weekend: Smoky Beef & Bean Chili or Turkey Chili, Salmon Tacos

Week 2

Monday: Chicken Parmigiano Soup
Tuesday: Asian Beef with Mandarin Oranges (Slow Cooker)
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Spinach and Goat Cheese Frittata
Weekend: mini-ranch burgers

Week 3

Monday: Roasted Salmon with Pesto Vegetables
Tuesday: St. Patrick’s Day Dinner (see below)
Wednesday: Slow-Cooker Squash Lasagna
Thursday: Leftovers
Weekend: Pizza;  Chicken, Bean & Cheese Quesadillas

Week 4

Monday:  Grilled Pork Chops with Sesame Slaw or Pork Chops and apples
Tuesday: Creamy Spinach Enchiladas
Wednesday:  Cilantro-Lime Chicken Salad in Peppers
Thursday: leftovers
Weekend: Chicken Tortilla soup and Chef Salad

St. Patrick’s Day dinner menu

Corned Beef and Cabbage
Colcannon Potatoes or Green Rice (which has a lot of vegetables)
Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Currant-Orange Irish Soda Bread
