What are you eating this November? Here’s an easy meal plan for the month

Middle has been begging for chili all last week. And begging in the most un-obnoxious way, so it has me laughing. Every time he smells anything cooking, no matter where we are, he comments, “you know, I feel like I smell chili. Wouldn’t that be a great dinner?” And when we’re eating dinner each night, he’s made some sort of a comment like “this is good, but, you know, it’s not quite chili.” It’s definitely helpful that chili is on the menu plan this week. I may have to make 3 times the normal amount so that he can have chili any time he’s craving it. 4 weeks of healthy meals for November. AWESOME!
