Dinners for July: Menu plan for the month

It’s over! I swear, time goes even faster when you plan out your menus by the month. Suddenly, I’m looking at what’s coming in August but I just want to roll back time to July. Savor the moments this summer!! (And do that by meal planning so you have more time to play!)

This plan was created to help you plan cooking 5 weeks of Summer dinners for your family. Use the plan below, shuffling as necessary to make them work best for your family’s Summer schedule. You’ll find a mix of grilling dinners, make-ahead dinners and dinners using fresh items.

Menu Plan: July week 1

Monday: Chicken Mozzerella Roll-ups with Salad
Tuesday: Penna Rosa
Wednesday: Burrito Supreme Casserole (with turkey meat)
Thursday: leftovers
Weekend: Fourth of July!! Seafood night (lobsters, clams, etc.), Pizza

Menu Plan: July week 2

Monday: Grilled Salmon Kabobs
Tuesday: Mandarin Chicken Pasta Salad
Wednesday: Grilled Steaks Balsamico with Balsamic salad
Thursday: leftovers
Weekend: Parmeasan Crusted Tilapia with broccoli and fingerling potatoes

Menu Plan: July week 3

Monday: Pork Chops with Herb-Mustard Butter
Tuesday: Citrus Peppered Salmon with Roasted Root Vegetables
Wednesday: Turkey Burgers with Mango Chutney
Thursday: Leftovers
Weekend: Yogurt Marinated Lamb-Kabobs with Lemon Butter, applesauce and veggies

Menu Plan: July week 4

Monday:  Baked Flounder with Capers & Cream
Tuesday: Summer Burritos (with chicken) and rice and beans
Wednesday: Ovenbaked Meatball Sandwiches
Thursday: Leftovers
Weekend:  Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese;  Grilled Miso Shrimp Skewers with pineapples and beans

Menu Plan: July week 5

Monday: Grilled Monterey Chicken & Parmesan Vegetable Tian
Tuesday: Citrus & Soy Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin and Spaghetti Squash
Wednesday: Grilled Shrimp Tostadas
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: Southwestern Summer Salad; Ranch Burgers, Zuchinni Fries and Grilled Peaches
