I am starting my Monday so very hungry. And, because yesterday was Mother’s Day (Happy Mother’s Day everyone!) I didn’t exactly follow my Menu Planning routine. In fact, I’m creating my grocery list as I type this and I have feeling it’s going to be a very long grocery store visit with lots and lots of extras in my cart.
This week’s meals look great. A healthy variety of meats and veggies, all taking advantage of the gorgeous weather we’re having. Hope my neighbors are looking forward to some pretty awesome aromas wafting over from our deck!
Please remember, I rely on my readers to let me know which meals you love. So check in and shout out if you love it, hate it, or can’t find it (sometimes, sadly, the links stop working and I miss it.)
Use the plan below, shuffling as necessary to make them work best for your family’s busy spring schedule. You’ll find a mix of grilling dinners, make-ahead dinners and dinners using fresh items. The Meal Plan will be-reposted each Monday through the month.
