April Meal Plan: taking your family dinners into May

I’m rapidly working on editing the monthly meal plan. As you try these meals, please let me know if you find any broken links, if you have recipes you like better and if you love or hate a meal. I want this Meal Plan to help you even more than me, so I welcome your feedback!

So… let’s finish April and gallop into May (get it? Gallop? Kentucky Derby!)

Use the plan below, shuffling as necessary to make them work best for your family’s busy spring schedule. You’ll find a mix of grilling dinners, make-ahead dinners and dinners using fresh items. The April Meal Plan will be-reposted each Monday through the month.
