Meal plan: Menu for October week 3

menu plan What’s on your plate this week? Me? I’ll be sticking to seasonal goodness that brings added warmth to our home. That’s fall cooking.

Psssst. Tuesday’s meal was one of my favorites from last fall. I really like this dinner. The kids? They’ll like the sandwich without the horseradish.

This week’s menu plan

Monday: salmon with gingery green beans and bok choy
Tuesday: tomato soup with roast beef, cheddar and horseradish panini
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: pork chops with roasted beets and oranges
Weekend: Creamy pumpkin soup, roasted chicken and fall vegetables with wild rice
