Fall style: The Peplum

You’ve seen the look all over the fashion magazines and store fronts. It’s feminine. It’s fancy. It’s a bit dramatic. But what do you call the short overskirt that’s attached around the waistline, usually a part of a dress, blouse or jacket? The Peplum. And this fall, style is about the Peplum.
